COVALENT IT PARTNERS WITH VIRTUALTONE BRAND HOSTED BUSINESS GRADE VOIP SOLUTION

WHEAT RIDGE, CO, MAY 24, 2010 – Starting July 01, 2010 Covalent IT will be offering a revolutionary Voice-over-IP (“VoIP”) telephone system for small and mid-sized business that requires no physical phone server or system to be located on-site at a customer’s place of business.  The new solution is known as VirtualTone and provides customer’s the ability to use their high-speed Internet connection in conjunction with business-grade Internet protocol (“IP”) telephone sets to make and receive phone calls as well as many advanced business class phone system features.

Based on the popularity of Covalent IT’s premise-based VoIP telephone systems the company has expanded its VoIP portfolio of product solutions to include hosted or “cloud” based VoIP telephone system services.  Traditionally customers wanting a business telephone system installed a private branch exchange (“PBX”) in to their office technology infrastructure.  Now thanks to higher-quality broadband Internet connections, it is possible to deliver the same feature-rich capabilities of traditional PBX telephone systems at a fraction of the cost with minimal capital investments in hardware.
