MICROSOFT CSAT SURVEY RANKS COVALENT IT TOP IN TECHNICAL EXPERTISE, CUSTOMER SERVICE

WHEAT RIDGE, CO, MARCH 25, 2010 – Covalent IT was recognized in the 99th percentile during Microsoft’s 2010 1st quarter customer satisfaction survey.  Microsoft requires participation in their CSAT survey program by all partners as a requirement of Gold level membership.  Surveys are administered by a third party and delivered to a group of the partner’s customers.  Covalent IT participated in the CSAT for the first time during first quarter 2010 and the results demonstrate Covalent IT’s extreme dedication to its clients.
